Information is for employees presently working in an existing SPEEA Bargaining Unit.

If you are not currently working in a SPEEA bargaining unit and/or not respresented by a union, Contact a SPEEA Organizer!

If you are currently in a SPEEA-represented job code, but have not yet completed your member application, download a copy and join your co-workers in our Professional Aerospace Labor Union TODAY!

As a SPEEA member, you have a vote in union elections and a say in important decisions. You can become active in one, or several of the many committees that work member issues and activities. Members are kept informed through SPEEA publications and have full access to our website - including the Salary Charts.

Associate Membership

If you are NOT employed in a bargaining unit represented by SPEEA (i.e., if you are retired, laid-off, in another payroll at Boeing, Spirit or Triumph, including management) or if you work for another company, but have an interest in being associated with SPEEA, you are eligible to become an "Associate Member."

Associate members receive a printed copy of the monthly SPEEA Spotlite magazine,  are  eligible  to attend SPEEA committees and take part in other events and offers available to members.

Associate Members Dues

  • Former SPEEA-represented Employees pay annual dues equal to one-twelfth the total dues paid yearly (or one month) of Regular Members' dues.

  • Associate Member dues are waived for members in good standing of the Engineering Retirees Society (ERS) or another recognized retirees association.
