changes to our governing documents as the need arises. Prepares
language for inclusion of approved Council motions in SPEEA Policy. Reviews
CESO agenda
and recommends policy direction for delegates.

and objectives. Reviews CESO legislative activities, and recommends direction
to delegates.

Solicits
nominations, then reviews & selects the recipient of the annual
Stephen Pezzini H.O.P.E.
(Helping Other People Excel) honor. This honor is meant to recognize
a person who gives time, effort and benefits to the general community,
as well as being an active SPEEA member beyond expectations.
