4th Monday of each month, 5 p.m. The SPEEA Facilities Committee shall provide vision and direction to meet the facilities needs of SPEEA.  SPEEA is a diverse and growing organization in various geographic locations. The SPEEA Facilities Committee’s job is to develop strategies and implement plans to provide facilities to conduct union business for the betterment of SPEEA.
