Spirit - Wichita Engineers Unit Charts

Data as of 7/1/2011

The selective salary adjustment fund of the WEU Spirit AeroSystems collective bargaining agreement occurred in July. The actual pool amount was 2.9%.  Because it was not over 3%, there were no contractual minimums.

Promotional and out-of-sequence (OOS) increases were distributed to 108 employees eligible for the salary action totaling 0.67% of base wages. Details of these increases are included in the tabular data of charts E & F below.

Below is a list of all of the charts prepared. The title combines the chart number, the bargaining unit, the occupation, the job family and, if applicable, the skills management code.

The following standard charts are produced:

·    4 detailed charts are produced for every unique combination of Occupation and Job Family (and every unique combination of Occupation and Job Family and SMC) that has 10 or more employees.

·   6 detailed charts are produced for every unique combination of Occupation and Job Family (and every unique combination of Occupation and Job Family and SMC) that has more than 20 employees.

·    Detailed charts are not produced for the above mentioned groupings that have less than 10 employees.

·    Summary Charts are produced for every unique combination Occupation, Job Family (and every unique combination of Occupation and Job Family and SMC) with more than 2 (3 or more) eligible employees.
