Subject: PRE-SUBMITTED BUSINESS: Completion of Facilities Committee Charter
The Northwest Facilities Committee was chartered with the following:
a. Northwest Facilities Committee - Responsible for planning Northwest Region facilities, repairs, upgrades and changes for function, image and safety. The Committee shall develop the needs and requirements for future offices. Each proposal shall include impact and changeability for each item.
The Facilities Committee has performed its task and determined that the Committee is no longer required.
It is moved that: THE NORTHWEST COUNCIL ACCEPTS THE WORK OF THE FACILITIES COMMITTEE AS COMPLETE, APPRECIATES THE WORK PERFORMED BY THE COMMITTEE, AND DISMISSES THE COMMITTEE.
