Apply for SPEEA Irving negotiation team

Do you have ideas for improving the SPEEA-BAE Systems contract? Apply for the three-member negotiation team by Monday, Aug. 16, to get involved in the upcoming negotiations.

Recommended qualifications
Applicants should be a regular SPEEA-IFPTE Local 2001 member for at least the past two years. Members currently on the Tellers Committee or Judicial Review Committee cannot serve on the negotiation team at the same time.

About the team
The team will work with SPEEA staff to identify and prioritize changes and recommendations based on member surveys, case histories and market analysis on issues such as salaries and benefits.

The selection committee will present its recommendations to the WTPU Council at a special meeting on August. 11. The WTPU Council will vote on the candidates at the meeting.
